Description

Schedule and program:

• 1 Day – arrival, transfer to hunting area / appr. 3h drive/ , eventually hunting at evening and night /if flight schedule allows it
• 3 Day – 2 full hunting day
• Individual hunts during these 2 day /mainly stalking / every evening/morning.
• 4 Day – departure, eventually hunting in morning

Area: State Forest area of Gyula, appr. 3 hour drive from Budapest airport Number of hunters in the group : minimum 4 – maximum 8 Pls note: in hunting areas are available 4 guides, 1 guide is guiding in fenced area of 600hectares. Expected trophy quality: between 3- 4,5 kg / with some luck even bigger trophy may be bagged Pls note: the minimum weight limit by booking is 3kg, however the price of trophies are charged upon the real weight / even if less than 3 kg. Package price for service: a./ By 1x 1 guiding 950 EUR/person/trip b./ By 2x 1 guiding 750 EUR/person/trip This package includes:

1. 3 night accommodation in luxury hunting house
2. Full board starting with supper at the arrival day, finishing with breakfast at departure day
3. 2 full hunting days + hunting at arrival and eventually departure day if flight schedule will allow it
4. Service of hunting staff / guide, car, horse carriage etc. /
5. All transports in hunting area, field preparation of trophies / boiling and bleaching of trophies
6. Hunting license and insurance 85.-

The package doesn´t include:

1. Transport to/from airport- hunting area 350E/car or 600E/microbus
2. Nonhunting observer 450E for entire trip
3. Gun rental – 30EUR/day/gun + costs of ammo 4 EUR/pc.
4. Tip for guides– no obligation
5. Packing and shipping the trophies – by real costs
6. Drinks
7. Official trophy evaluation 30E/pc / including medal and diploma /, cape if requested 80 E/pc.
8. Additional hunting day – price on request

Example how to work out the price: 3,75kg= 2 000 / 3,5kg price /+ 725 / 25dkg x 29 /= 2 725.

Further conditions:

• The requested deposit is 1 000 EUR/ person
• Only upon receipt of a deposit can the hunting trip be considered booked and confirmed. The details / name, address, number of passport and firearm permit number / must be sent not later than 7 day before the hunt.
• If the hunt is cancelled the deposit is only refundable if the client finds a replacement, and such replacement executes a contract. If the hunting licenses are already issued, the replacement must pay the costs of new hunting license. Minimum 5 working days are necessary to apply and get the license. Without hunting license the replacement can´t be accepted.
• Trophy fees are charged by estimated weight immediately after the hunt. After official evaluation the difference between estimated and real costs will be cleared once the trophies delivered to the clients.
• If the hunt can´t be committed because extreme weather condition or any objective reason the outfitter must offer another date or another hunting area. If this date is not acceptable for the clients, he is obligated to return the deposit immediately
